Enjoy Free Standard Delivery to all EU destinations! All orders are processed through our Distribution Centre in Poland.
Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT) are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days during peak seasons.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS Express.

2. Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Here is what you need to know:
• Returns: You may return items up to 28 days after dispatch, provided they are in marketable condition. To initiate a return, fill out the contact form provided with your parcel and send the items back with all necessary paperwork. The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• How to Return Items: To return part or all of your order, please complete the contact form sent with your order.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned items, provided they meet the return criteria.
